Refunds & Returns

  1. Cancellation timeframe

An order can be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed, except for orders already dispatched.

  1. Method of refund

All refunds will return to the same form of payment used in the creation of the order except for orders placed using a Sampath debit card. In this case the refund will be made in cash because of the nature of a debit transaction. It’ll take upto 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  1. Damaged, defective or incorrect good

If for any reason an item is received damaged, defective or incorrect we will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] . We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

  1.  Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return.

Submit a return/refund request, including your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is authorized, please package your item securely with the original receipt and ship it to:

  • In-Person Returns

If you prefer to return your item in person, please bring the product and the original receipt within 14 days of delivery to our partner shop at the address above.

A staff member will inspect the item and process your refund, if eligible.

  1. Policy of returning or exchanging

6.1 If the item is purchased not more than 14 days before & not listed under non-refundable items it will be eligible for a refund or return.

6.2 Returned products must be in new, unopened, and resalable condition.

6.3 Items that are damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

6.4 If you have questions about whether your product is returnable, please contact us before sending it back.

6.5 Original shipping fees, if any, are typically non-refundable.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Perishable goods (e.g., fresh foods, groceries)

Hygiene products (e.g., face masks, sanitizers)

Personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products)
